9月27日，荣盛发展（002146.SZ）公告称，为了促进公司发展，荣盛发展全资子公司佛山顺德佛盛房地产有限公司（简称“顺德佛盛”）与民生银行存续融资本金余额不超过6.66亿元，由荣盛发展全资子公司涞水荣盛伟业房地产开发有限公司（简称“涞水荣盛伟业”）以自有资产为上述融资提供抵押担保，担保总额不超过8亿元，担保期限不超过54个月。（澎湃新闻记者 李晓青）
