格隆汇9月27日丨中国通商集团(01719.HK)宣布，许惠敏已辞任(i)公司的公司秘书("公司秘书")及(ii)联交所证券上市规则第3.05条所订明公司的授权代表及香港法例第622章公司条例第16部所要求的授权代表("授权代表")，自2024年9月30日起生效。
进一步宣布，黎样欢已获委任为公司的公司秘书及授权代表，自2024年9月30日起生效。
