5年前买房和现在买房的区别
第一：月供降了2000多，从6572元降到了4297元
第二：房贷利率降了，以前是没有上限，6.88%，如今看不到下限，即使降到了3.15%，还有机会继续下调
第三：总利息少了80多万，从原来的136.61万骤降到54.71万。
