北京商报讯（记者 刘晓梦）9月26日，欣旺达发布公告称，全资子公司前海弘盛拟与星航新程、小鹏投资、凯得投资、芯联投资、兴华投资签署《合伙协议》，共同投资设立广东星航一期创业投资基金合伙企业（有限合伙）。该合伙企业认缴出资总额4.91亿元，前海弘盛和芯联投资认缴出资额均为1500万元。
