北京商报讯（记者李秀梅）9月25日，国家金融监督管理总局浙江监管局发布行政处罚信息显示，深圳市一正保险公估股份有限公司（以下简称"一正保险"）杭州分公司，因未依法开展保险公估业务，被警告，并罚款3万元。时任一正保险杭州分公司总经理龚家栋被警告并罚款1万元。
值得注意的是，就在9月24日，一正保险公告表示，该公司实际控制人张大力被禁止终身进入保险业。
