裕信银行（UniCredit）9月25日宣布已开始通过终止与CNP Assurances S.A.和Allianz S.p.A.的现有协议，将其在意大利的人寿银保业务内部化。这意味着行使相关权利，裕信银行将收购CNP Assurances持有的CNP UniCredit Vita S.p.A.（CUV）51%的股份和Allianz持有的UniCredit Allianz Vita S.p.A.（UAV）50%的股份。
