为落实《中国证监会关于深化上市公司并购重组市场改革的意见》，进一步优化重组审核程序，提高重组审核效率，活跃并购重组市场，上海证券交易所拟对《上海证券交易所上市公司重大资产重组审核规则》相关规定进行修订，形成了《上海证券交易所上市公司重大资产重组审核规则（征求意见稿）》。现向社会公开征求意见，意见反馈截至2024年10月9日。（上交所网站）
