中国航空新闻网讯：据“简单飞行”9月22日报道，Boom Supersonic公司成功进行第四次XB-1超声速验证机试飞。此次试飞高度达到 16150 英尺（4922米），速度达到 0.617 马赫，测试内容包括颤振、重力、操控和起落架。据Boom Supersonic公司发言人称，XB-1总共需要进行10次飞行才能实现超声速飞行，前提是前期试飞中没有发生任何意外。目标是在2024年底前让XB-1验证机实现超声速飞行。
