亿滋国际9月21日宣布，公司已与恩喜村（上海）实业有限公司签署协议，计划大幅追加对恩喜村的股权投资。此前，亿滋国际已经与恩喜村开展合作，共同开发、生产、营销以“奥利奥”和“菲力”等标志性品牌为主的冷冻烘焙食品。
