2024年9月17日，新疆乌鲁木齐。杨某驾驶摩托车行驶，见前方停有一辆小轿车，便向左变道准备绕行。不料小轿车突然向左打方向掉头，杨某避让不及被撞翻在地。事故造成两车受损，杨某受伤。
交警调查认定，小轿车在变更车道时影响其他车辆正常行驶，负全部责任。
