格隆汇9月20日丨北森控股(09669.HK)公告，董事会进一步宣布，为加强公司提名委员会企业管治及独立性，董事会主席兼执行董事王朝晖已辞去提名委员会主席职务，但仍将留任提名委员会成员。董事会已委任提名委员会现任成员、独立非执行董事杜葵为提名委员会新任主席，自2024年9月20日起生效。
