证券时报e公司讯，二六三(002467)9月20日晚间公告，为满足公司全资子公司企业通信、海南二六三及全资孙公司网络科技经营发展资金需求，公司拟对企业通信、海南二六三分别增资3.5亿元、2亿元，同时通过全资子公司二六三软件技术（北京）有限公司向网络科技增资1.5亿元，上述增资金额全部计入相应子（孙）公司的资本公积。
