当地时间9月19日15时许，越南气象部门发布消息称，热带风暴“苏力”在越南中部登陆后已减弱为热带低压。
受“苏力”影响的越南中部地区自然灾害风险等级为3级。越南政府提醒热带风暴经过地区的居民注意洪水、山体滑坡等次生灾害风险。
