证券时报e公司讯，威腾电气(688226)9月19日晚间公告，公司拟与ABB（中国）有限公司（简称“ABB”）签订合资合同，设立合资公司，开展低压母线产品的研发、生产、销售等。合资公司注册资本8000万元，其中公司拟出资4080万元，占比51%。该合资公司设立后将被纳入公司合并报表范围内。
