9月15日，中秋假期第一天，德阳市突下暴雨，城区部分街道积水导致有车辆行人被困。德阳城管闻讯而动，在雨中紧急排涝救险，用手扒开枯叶树枝等堵塞物，用工具疏通水道，解救被困车辆和群众。(封面新闻记者 伍勇)
