格隆汇9月13日丨广汽集团(601238.SH)公布，根据公司商用车发展规划，为实现商用车新能源战略转型，公司同意参股企业上海日野发动机有限公司（简称“上海日野”，公司持有30%股权，日野自动车株式会社持有70%股权）依法进行解散清算；截至2023年12月31日，上海日野经审计总资产为6.98亿元，总负债为2.86亿元，2023年营业收入为2.34亿元，净利润为-0.61亿元；其解散清算不会对公司造成重大影响。
