北京商报讯（记者 乔心怡）9月12日，淘宝宣布面向所有淘宝天猫商家正式上线退货宝服务。淘宝测算数据显示，"退货宝"预计全年为商家降低20亿元的退换货运费成本。对比商家当前的退换货运费，订购退货宝将降低商家退换货费用的10%—30%。当前商家已经能够在千牛后台订购退货宝服务。
