【9 月 11 日，财经要闻：进口棉与国内棉行情动态】9 月 11 日，进口棉到港均价76.62 美分/磅，较 10 日涨 0.5 美分/磅，折 1%关税进口成本 13260 元/吨，折滑准税进口成本 14061 元/吨。国内 3128 棉均价（B 指数）14779 元/吨，较 10 日涨 9 元/吨。飓风“弗朗斯”热带风暴影响美棉生长，上周美棉优良率从 44%降至 40%，带动美盘反弹。采摘初期中国新疆手摘棉报价 6.5 - 7.0 元/公斤区间，机采棉报价预计 6.0 元/公斤左右，新棉定价及交售情况等待中，将对市场带来指引。郑棉跟随外盘反弹，区间波动，01 合约压力 13560，支撑 13200。
