室间质量评价（以下简称室间质评）是临床实验室保证和改进检验质量的重要手段，也是医疗机构临床实验室行政管理和实验室认可的基本要求。国家卫生健康委临床检验中心（以下简称临检中心）自1982 年起开展全国临床检验室间质量评价活动，为保证和提高我国临床检验质量，推进临床检验规范化，起到积极作用。
