经过短期测试后，微软已于今日宣布全新机制的Xbox Game Pass正式上线。基础版售价14.99美元（约为107元人民币），可享受Xbox在线游戏已经常用的Game Pass游戏库，但不能享受第一方首发入库。如果玩家想要享受第一方首发入库，只能选择11.99美元（约为85元人民币）的PC Game Pass或是19.99美元（约为142元人民币）的Xbox Game Pass Ultimate服务。
据外媒Kotaku报道，基础版用户除了无法游玩首发游戏之外，还被移除了超过40款人气游戏的访问权限，包括《暗黑破坏神4》、《星空》、《使命召唤20》等作品。而PC Game Pass用户和Xbox Game Pass Ultimate用户则不受影响。
