《科创板日报》11日讯，三星电子又收获一份2nm制程先进工艺代工订单，将为美国半导体企业安霸生产ADAS芯片。知情人士表示，三星近期成功中标安霸的代工订单，相关产品预计于2025年流片，计划2026年量产。 (TheElec)
