9月11日， 韩国8英寸纯晶圆代工厂SK启方半导体（SK keyfoundry）宣布推出其第四代0.18微米BCD工艺，性能较之前的第三代提升了约20%。SK启方方面表示，公司期望第四代0.18微米BCD工艺能够帮助延长移动设备的电池寿命、通过减少发热实现稳定的性能，并通过提高汽车用功率半导体的能源效率来改善整体性能。
