海南省血液中心发文称，近日，受台风“摩羯”影响，街头献血人数骤减，血液库存出现低位预警。同时，台风天气造成各类突发外伤事件，临床医疗用血保障存在困难。目前，全省每日至少需要600人次的爱心献血才能满足海南省临床用血需求。海南省血液中心呼吁公众献血，为生命助力。
