国家知识产权局知识产权运用促进司司长王培章9月10日在国新办新闻发布会上表示，在知识产权证券化方面，国家知识产权局会同有关部门深化拓展知识产权金融服务，指导有条件的地方探索开展知识产权证券化，更好满足企业融资需求。截至今年6月底，沪深两地交易所成功发行151单知识产权证券化产品，发行规模达317亿元。
