昨天下午，超强台风“摩羯”在海南文昌沿海登陆。随后于22点20分前后在广东省徐闻县角尾乡再次登陆，登陆时中心附近最大风力17级。昨天23点，台风“摩羯”进入北部湾，预计今天下午将在广西防城港到越南北部一带沿海第三次登陆。注意防范！
