观点网讯：9月6日，哈尔滨市发布绿色智能家电消费补贴政策，消费者购买指定能效或水效标准产品可获得补贴。
具体而言，购买2级能效或水效标准产品的消费者将获得成交价格15%的补贴，而购买1级及以上能效或水效标准产品的消费者将获得额外5%的补贴。每位消费者每类产品限补贴一件，且每件补贴不超过2000元。
