财中社9月4日电 三生国健（688336）发布公告，宣布其持有的参股公司Numab Therapeutics, AG（Numab）7.87%股份获得特别股息分配。根据Numab的特别股东决议，公司于近期收到分红款共计6242万美元。根据相关会计准则，此分红款将计入公司2024年度损益，预计将对公司的经营业绩产生积极影响。
2023年，三生国健实现收入10.1亿元，归母净利润2.9亿元，最新总市值101.0亿元。
