财联社9月3日电，巴西最高法院第一法庭当地时间9月2日举行会议，决定维持此前作出的关于封禁美国社交媒体平台“X”的裁决，并表示任何企图使用技术手段以继续使用“X”平台服务的公司和个人将面临5万雷亚尔（约合6.34万元人民币）的罚款。
