《文皇哀册》，楷书，传为褚遂良于贞观二十三年（649）所书。宋代米芾之子米友仁认为此作是褚遂良晚年精品。历代学者据其用笔、结体，多认为是宋代米芾临古之作。《文皇哀册》有刻本传世，此本为双钩填墨本，实属罕见。
