证券时报e公司讯，海优新材(688680)8月30日晚间公告，近日公司与美国H.B. Fuller Company（简称“富乐公司”）签订合作协议，建立长期和全面的战略合作伙伴关系。由公司授予富乐公司指定胶膜产品的技术许可，富乐公司使用公司指定的胶膜产品的配方及制造技术，在美国生产胶膜及销售，并支付公司技术许可费的业务模式达成合作。
