证券时报e公司讯，8月30日，芯碁微装二期厂区建设项目顺利封顶。芯碁微装二期项目主要用于直写光刻设备产业应用深化拓展、IC载板、类载板直写光刻设备产业化以及关键子系统、核心零部件的自主研发。二期厂区预计将于2025年中竣工投产，届时，一期二期厂区将整合为一个整体化研发与产能交付中心。
