格隆汇8月28日丨新凤鸣(603225.SH)公布，根据公司战略发展目标和需要，公司以自有资金向全资子公司桐乡市中益化纤有限公司（以下简称“中益化纤”）新增87,670.5678万元人民币注册资本，新增注册资本后中益化纤注册资本变更为150,000万元人民币，并仍为公司全资子公司。
