财联社8月28日电，昨天早上，浙江舟山市气象台发布，受今年第10号台风“珊珊”外围环流和弱冷空气共同影响，预计从今天（28日）起，舟山市江外、舟外、沙外渔场有10级偏北风，今天下午到后天有11级大风。舟山市已要求海上作业渔船在昨晚10时前撤到东经125度30分以西海域避风，共涉及各类作业渔船340艘。
