智通财经APP获悉，8月27日，港元拆息全线走软，其中，隔夜息连跌七天，报3.09917%，创逾四个月新低，而与楼按相关的一个月拆息亦八连跌，报3.92298%，为去年9月4日以来最低。
反映银行资金成本的三个月拆息进一步跌至4.22179%，六个月及一年期分别降至4.28577%和4.3306%。
