涂鸦智能8月27日在港交所公告，刘尧已辞任公司执行董事、首席财务官、高级副总裁及根据港交所证券上市规则第3.05条项下规定的公司授权代表，自2024年9月16日起生效，以投入更多时间处理个人事务。
董事会宣布公司执行董事兼联合创始人杨懿已获委任为首席财务官及授权代表，自生效日期起生效。
