8月26日，根据英飞凌官网的一份新闻稿，英飞凌日前与奇梦达公司破产管理人达成和解，同意支付7.535亿欧元赔偿。自2010年底以来，双方一直在慕尼黑第一地区法院就法律纠纷进行诉讼，破产管理人要求赔偿约34亿欧元及利息。根据和解协议，所有法律纠纷和破产管理人对英飞凌的索赔均已了结。
