据央视新闻，当地时间8月24日晚，一名法国南部犹太教堂纵火案的嫌疑人在法国尼姆市被捕。据悉，这名嫌疑人33岁，为阿尔及利亚籍。
24日上午，法国南部城市大莫特一座犹太教堂外，至少两辆汽车起火爆炸，造成一名市政警察受伤。法国国家反恐检察官办公室对此启动调查。法内政部要求各地警察局在犹太礼拜场所加强警力部署。
