据央视新闻，中国民航局今天举行例行新闻发布会。航空安全办公室副主任李勇介绍，今年雷雨季节恶劣天气频发，航班量维持高位运行，是一年中民航运行保障压力最突出的阶段。初步统计，6月1日至8月20日，全国航班正常率达到77.12%，平均延误时间同比减少了1.57分钟。
