8月19日，湖南省邵阳市隆回县学生资助服务中心，大学生在申请助学贷款。今年7月15日来，该县已有2160名大学生、研究生成功申请贷款，大学生每年可贷款1.6万元，研究生每年可贷款2万元，读书期间国家补贴利息。（中国教育报-中国教育新闻网 通讯员 罗理力 摄）
