格隆汇8月20日丨中国诚通发展集团(00217.HK)发布公告，有关(其中包括)与海发宝诚订立的海发宝诚主协议，据此诚通融资租赁已同意向海发宝诚提供售后回租服务，惟须遵守有关协议所载的最高融资额人民币5亿元及其他条款。于2023年6月26日，根据海发宝诚主协议，诚通融资租赁与海发宝诚订立售后回租协议。诚通融资租赁与海发宝诚已同意提前终止售后回租协议，自2024年8月20日起生效。
