8月20日，2024年“奔跑吧·少年”全国青少年阳光体育大会在江西南昌开赛，由青年演员、歌手王一博演唱的活动主题曲《天高海阔》正式上线。
本次大会共有33支队伍参赛，分为小学组(10-12岁)和初中组(13-15岁)两个组别。小学组设足球、篮球、全能小达人、武术、垒球、轮滑、跳绳等7个项目，初中组设足球、篮球、排球、田径、攀岩、啦啦操等6个项目。
