德国保时捷股份公司17日宣布，有意收购德国瓦尔塔公司旗下制造汽车动力电池的子企业多数股份，成为这家陷入财务危机的电池生产企业债务重组后的新股东。不过，这一收购计划仍需相关国家反垄断机构批准才能实现。
