观点网讯：8月19日，长安汽车发布公告称，其联营企业阿维塔科技计划购买华为持有的引望10%股权，交易金额为115亿元。
交易完成后，阿维塔科技将持有引望10%的股份，华为则持有剩余的90%股份。
此外，阿维塔科技还计划与华为和引望签署《股东协议》。
