【财华社讯】中国交通建设(01800.HK)公布，有关28亿人民币于2027年到期利率为2.88%的绿色担保债券(债券代号：84553)。公司已向香港联合交易所有限公司申请批准债券以载于日期为2024年8月12日发售通函內之仅向专业投资者发行债务证券方式于香港联合交易所有限公司上市及买卖。预期债券上市及买卖批准将2024年8月20日开始生效。
