中工国际公告，近日公司全资子公司北京起重运输机械设计研究院有限公司与新疆维吾尔自治区阿图什市人民政府签署了新疆阿图什天门索道综合体建设项目合作协议。项目投资规模约2亿元，包括天门景区索道项目及配套设施的投资、建设、运营、收益等。项目建设期为24个月，经营期为30年。项目经营期内，乙方需按协议支付资源使用费，期满后无偿移交所有项目设施及相关权利。
