8月13日早上，有网友发文称，在上海地铁1号线，有许多乘客突然慌忙地往车头跑。对此，@上海地铁shmetro 发布情况说明：8月13日9时30分左右，1号线一大会址·黄陂南路站（往富锦路站方向）一列车内有乘客突发疾病，部分乘客受此影响集中下车。后车站工作人员协同民警将其带下车。期间没有人员受伤，未造成运营晚点。
