天津市静海区台头镇地处东淀蓄滞洪区之内，是防洪要害之处。
去年夏季，海河发生流域性特大洪水，受灾较重的民生村在今年已早早做好防汛准备。静海区也未雨绸缪，全力做好各项防汛工作。
