7月31日上午，石龙区政务服务中心大厅迎来一位特殊的办事群众——残疾人刘晓倩前来办理经营主体注销业务。据刘晓倩介绍，之前一直在石龙区经营餐饮店，近期因经营不善停业，想把餐饮店注销掉，但对于需要准备什么手续，怎么办理一无所知。
