证券时报e公司讯，新疆交建(002941)8月8日晚间公告，公司拟以增资的形式，对新疆新拜铁路投资有限公司（简称“新拜铁路公司”）进行投资，取得其51%股权。公司此次增资总额为1.02亿元，增资完成后，新拜铁路公司将成为公司控股子公司，纳入公司合并报表范围内，主导负责组织开展新拜铁路项目的投融资、建设、运营和维护。
