上饶市广丰区民政局原党组书记、局长洪强明涉嫌严重违纪违法，主动投案，目前正接受上饶市广丰区纪委区监委纪律审查和监察调查。
洪强明，男，汉族，1971年6月出生，江西广丰人，本科学历，1992年9月参加工作，1992年6月加入中国共产党，曾在广丰区排山镇、毛村镇、民政局等单位工作。
